Go behind-the-counter at McDonald's to learn about the ingredients used in our kitchens, our food safety procedures and how some of your favorite menu items are prepared. You'll get a guided tour by local McDonald's owner/operators from Connecticut and Western Massachusetts and hear from Chef Dan Coudreaut, McDonald's Senior Director of Culinary Innovation. Chef Dan oversees menu development for nearly 14,000 McDonald's restaurants nationwide and is responsible for introducing such favorites as Real Fruit Smoothies, Fruit & Maple Oatmeal, the Premium Chicken Sandwich line, Snack Wraps and more. Chef Dan will also provide a demonstration and sneak peak at some of the menu items he and his team are currently exploring.
